COMMISSIONS

Commissions are based on quality and/or interest of submissions and/or image sales. The starting commission rate for a new member is 50% on sales for submitted photos from that member, unless the review board determines the submissions are of high enough quality and/or interest as to warrant a higher starting commission. Commission rates increase based on quality of submissions, interest of photos, and/or sales of photos.

• Commissions are based on individual photo sales and not that of any other members sales or sales not directly related to the members photos.
• Commissions start at 50% and can increase by 5% increments up to a commission rate of 85%. Based on image quality, interest and/or image sales.
• Members will receive commissions based only on photos they have personally submitted and have been sold by Greeneye Photo.
• Commissions based on print sales will incur an automatic 50% processing fee from the base price of the image, plus all other standard processing fees. (processing fees)
• Commissions are paid on the amount of the base price of the image after processing fees have been deducted. We will never ask any member to send us money. The processing fees come off the top of the base price from the sale of the image.
• Commissions will be paid out after $30.00 or more total commissions have been collected from your personal image sales.
• A members commission rate will be penalized 5% for every 60 days a member has not submitted at least one approved image. A members commission will not drop below 50% due to these penalties. We strongly encourage full participation in our business. We will gladly wave this penalty if you let us know why you're not able to meet this minimum requirement.

Beginners, Amateurs, and Professional photographers are all welcome to register and become part of Greeneye Photo, stock photos. Please read our rules for submitting photos before registering.

SUBMITTING PHOTOS

Only *.jpg/*.JPG files will be accepted, Image files can be up to 10MB in size.

Greeneye Photo reserves the right to decide which digital photographs are uploaded onto the Greeneye Photo web site and which digital photographs are not.

We are a family friendly site so please do not submit pornographic, slanderous, or violent pictures

The photographer retains all copyrights to their photographs.

If you are submitting images of people, you verify that you have model release forms for the image.

By submitting photographs you verify that you are the photograph owner and that you retain all current rights to the photograph.

By uploading photos to the Greeneye Photo web site you agree
to abide by the Image Agreement Stated below:

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

• Greeneye Photo makes the final decision as to if or when a photo is placed on the web site.
• Greeneye Photo reserves the right to remove any photo at any time from the web site without explanation as to why the photo is or has been removed.
• Pricing for Photos will be determined by Greeneye Photo and the administrative staff.
• Greeneye Photo will retain a percentage (Percentage based after the photographers commission rate.) of the photo base price, minus processing fees as a commission fee.
• Commission calculations are based on image base price minus processing fees. Base price is the actual visible price shown on the Greeneye Photo web site before sales tax, shipping costs, print costs or other costs incurred for the sale. (processing fees)
• Shipping costs, state sales tax or any additional fees incurred during the sale of any photo sold by Greeneye Photo will be the responsibility of Greeneye Photo and does not make up part of the base price of the image. These are not processing fees but additional fees required by law or for shipping to complete the sale, and are not subject to any form of commission.
• Money collected for shipping costs, state sales tax, print costs, or any additional money collected during the sale is retained by Greeneye Photo to cover the additional costs of the sale.
• Any legal fees arising from any legal dispute created or incurred due to any Photographers photo that has been sold or used for free is the sole responsibility of the Photographer and not that of Greeneye Photo.
• Greeneye Photo can not be held responsible for misleading of the actual ownership of any photo up-loaded on to the Greeneye Photo web site.
• Greeneye Photo retains the right to delete all images and ban any member who willfully or purposefully sets out to harass or harm the Greeneye Photo organization or any of the participating members or associates of the Greeneye Photo organization.
• Members who register with the Greeneye Photo web site but do not submit any photos for review within 60 days of registration, will be removed as a member of the site.

I AGREE TO ALL UPLOADING TERMS

• By uploading content to Greeneye Photo, stock photos such as photograph image files, you the Member warrants that he or she is the owner of the copyright thereto.
• By uploading content to Greeneye Photo, stock photos, you the Member warrants that the content does not depict subject matter in a manner that violates any laws.
• By uploading content to Greeneye Photo, stock photos, you the Member warrants that the uploading was not done with the intent to harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention, or discomfort upon another person or entity.
• By uploading to Greeneye Photo, stock photos, a model or building release form representing the subjects depicted in the image file have consented to publication for whatever purpose, you the Member warrants that the information is complete and accurate.

REQUESTING IMAGES BE REMOVED

• Greeneye Photo will remove a requested photo or photos from the web site 30 days after verification of the request has been confirmed from the photographer or owner of the image.
• To request a image be removed from the Greeneye Photos web site, please send an e-mail to Greeneye Photo stating the image ID (Example: 123456.jpg) you are requesting be removed, the reason you would like the image removed and a phone number you can be reached at for verifying the request.
• No requests for image removal will occur without the e-mail process and the final verification process.

By uploading photos to Greeneye Photo, you agree to the terms of this agreement and to the rules of this site.
